Bullshit.. that asshole doesn't care about anything unless he can personally profit from it in some way.
And there shouldn't be any deal. Russia has to stop the war, retreat their troups behind the borders before the attack. Ukraine gets back Krimea and all other occupied areas. Russia has to pay reparations to Ukraine, but not just for damaged done to buildings and infrastructure, but also for ukrainian lifes lost.
