It's really not that hard to look things up before pressing "publish" on your blog.
双极 (shuāng jí): lit. "double pole". Bipolar in the technical sense like magnetic fields or whatnot.
躁郁症 (zào yù zhèng): lit. "agitated depressed condition". Bipolar in the sense of Bipolar Disorder (BPD).
Alternatively:
躁狂抑郁症 (zào kuáng yì yù zhèng): This is the older, very literal translation of "manic-depressive disorder". The modern term is the second I gave, but you'll find this term in older works.
I literally spent more time typing this up than I did researching it. It's not hard, and it does wonders for a reporter's credibility as a source of information.
