2,000 homes in four towers proposed for Renfrew SkyTrain in East Vancouver

This has absolutely worked a treat at Sapperton. We're not in the posh towers but we love the mixed-use building setup where the ground floor uses the footprint for light retail commercial space. They just got a pet food store in the latest one, and there's lots of room for more. We've seen the units, and they don't feel claustro even when you realize there are maybe 20 storeys above your head.

Please couple it with regs forcing massive greenspace in the areas farthest from the train stops, and/or rolling housing on the edges back into wild or agro land.
