I’m old enough to remember when ms said windows 10 would be the last windows you ever buy
- Well, it was: I'm now on Linux.
- I think because everyone is gonna jump to OSX and Linux.
Yeah, they say that every time a new windows comes out, and people always endup "upgrading" sooner or later, rather than switching to GNU/Linux.
The sad thing this time is that many still fairly new and perfectly usable computers "aren't supported" by windows 11 (not without a registry hack).
Which means that tons and tons of computers are going to turn into e-waste just because Microsoft refuses to acknowledge and support hardware that otherwise functions perfectly fine.
- TMP 1.2 is out of date. That's why.
  It's a hardware security issue.
  
  Literally no one uses TMP, serves no purpose for 99.9% of people.
11 sucks sooo bad
If you look for past dates when a previous windows versions became unsupported, the marketshare was never even close to that high, and microsoft keeps pushing for the end of win10 support, ignoring all their clients. This is so crazy.
I mean it certainly doesn't help when the gaming community finds their drives being killed by microsuck just one month before the deadline... I just started getting comfortable with Linux mint, microsuck can go fuck themselves especially since win 10 was supposed to be the last one and then just be updated
