You know, when I was a teenager, I threw rocks at houses to get their attention, egged houses, put out flaming bags of dogshit, let air out of tires, knocked and ran, put stink bombs in mailboxes, etc. Kids are the worst.
That doesn't mean adults get to beat the ever living shit out of them.

So, considering that the guy basically confessed to attempted murder on public social media, is he going to prison? How racist are Australian courts?
It is a very good thing that I do not have the powers of Superman because the amount of people on this planet that I would fling directly into the Sun would be enormous. Granted, none of them would reach the Sun because I would be throwing them at such an insane speed they would vaporize before they hit the stratosphere.
- It's more sustainable that they burn up, at least their matter would remain on the planet to be reused for something beneficial.

I don't know how to feel about this. Assuming the facts of the case are as reported, both sides appear to be badly at fault, with the girl as the instigator.
- The child threw a rock at a window. The window was broken. Call the cops. It is pretty simple.
  Three grown men chasing a little girl and assaulting her trying to cause grievous bodily harm by stomping on her head is nothing short of attempted murder.
  Assuming the facts of the case are as reported your take seems pretty damned hot.
  
  Goddammit, we've recreated reddit. Everything has to be fucking black and white, absolutely no space for any nuance in between.
- Even if she did do it, you don't stomp a childs head into the ground due to some broken property.
