Today seems a bit more pleasant heat-wise than the last few. I could look up data to confirm that but where's the fun in that?

Good Friday folks.

I just had another three days off sick this week with this damn lingering cold thing. A few weeks ago I had the entire week off. FFS this just isn't good at all. One of my supervisors has had the "sniffles" for three months too.

Anyway retired my beanie today, thought I'd be a brave soldier. I mean I'm still wearing long pants ( necessary at work ) and a decent warm work coat. Then walking up the ferry terminal ramp, there in front of me is a lady with her work polo and shorts on.

Ok some good news, today the first block of land that I bought settles. This means that a big chunk of that money will go towards the loan on my second block. Thus reducing that loan by a decent amount. It all feels very good indeed.
