Munich airport forced to suspend flights for second day in a row over drone sightings

A failure of preemptive preparation. We've seen how central drones have become in Ukraine, and we've seen drones over infrastructure for a long time.
Imagine if we already had law and policy changes and equipment. If, on sighting, they'd launch a transponder localization immediately.
Shoot the damn drones done
I am excited to see what EU is going to do about this.
- If how governments dealt with climate activists temporarily blocking single flights is anything to go by I expect no less than full mobilization of the troops. But it‘s just foreign governments waging war and committing terrorist attacks so a few strict words have to do.

- First course of action: make it even more difficult to fly a drone privately.
  The EU has the harshest laws already. Every fucking tree is a nature reserve where you're not allowed to fly. Water? Fuck your drone. Anything remotely interesting? You better not take off with that drone!
