Kenya was hailed for its decision to outlaw single use plastic bags in 2016, with remarkably hefty penalties. So why are the bags back in stores, piling up in dumps — and being ingested by livestock?
Seems like they could pretty easily hit the shops that are being brazen enough to buy them and then provide shoppers. Go in an start placing the owners in jail, as they are the ones that should be held accountable. Not the low-level workers, but the very top.
