Brian Tingley, a licensed family counselor, challenged the constitutionality of the Washington State law in federal court, saying it violated his rights to free speech and the free exercise of religion.
“I have the speech rights to shout down and scold anyone, and the religious right to trample on the beliefs of others.”
I also love that his name is Tingley.
I've always wanted to ask, "What of gay was the 90% and they were trying to convert you?"
- You can't ask them that. The idiots already believe that there are more gay people and gay teenagers in the world today because gay people convert people who would otherwise be straight. As opposed to just, you know, no longer having to hide their identities for fear of being murdered.
