Northern Ireland: umbrella union not yet ready to endorse potential civil disobedience by member union

Tens of thousands of workers are set to join the day of mass strike action on Thursday in response to the failure to award a pay deal in line with colleagues in Britain.

So is this the Conservative and Unionist Party fucking Northern Ireland even more than the rest of the country or is because of the DUP fucking about at Stormont?
