"Bart Carny" - Homer and Bart become carnies, and the carnies who teach them the ring toss scam con them out of their house after Homer doesn't bribe Wiggum, since Wiggum takes the game/the carnies' home. The Simpsons eventually get their home back by tricking the carnies via a ring toss over the chimney gambit (where if homer didn't make it, they'd supposedly own the house outright), rushing back inside when they come out to watch Homer make the toss.
Scene is where the two carnies (can't remember the adult's name, kid's name was Spud) are looking for easily duped attendees. Homer is an obvious pigeon (old slang term for naive rube).
