Reverse Google image search returned a slightly higher resolution version of this screenshot, from which I was able to reverse image search the fanart. I found higher quality versions of the art, but I couldn't find the source until I ventured into a Russian forum where someone posted the artist's name. I always enjoy keeping my skills sharp
Funny you say that. This isn't the same person, but it looks like it's from the same event (the Fremont Solstice Parade, 2010), and the beak really does bring the ensemble together
