The way our system is structured that even a good intention law like this, someone would find a loop hole around it. Lawyers lawyer.

I wouldnt get too excited. The hedge funds will just start an LLC or s corps or some other legal loop hole and continue forward doing what they do.

If people wear it like it's meant to be worn it ain't bad, but people who douse themselves in it so you can tell they were in the room ten minutes after they left, that's too much.

We had a person who was the guy who complained about people's scent but he reeked like bo. Like awful. That bugged me more than people's cologne.

Management is just glorified babysitting.

Perhaps I'm acting boomerish but I can't believe some of the shit that people get angry about at work.

Eating chips too loudly, or your on the phone too much, your cologne/perfume bother me, the windows are too dirty...

Like, it's fucking work. It's kinda supposed to be miserable

Biden is too damn old. So is trump.

There are 365,000,000 people in the us. There is a zero sum chance these are our two best options.

I will vote against Biden in the primary and rail against him on every fucking poll I get the chance to do so in. He billed himself as a transition president. A one and done option.

However, in Nov of 2024 when I'm forced to hold my breath and vote for old white guy vs old white guy, I'll pick the democrat... But I'm not fucking happy about it... And you can bet your ass that the people ten to twenty years younger than me are less thrilled than I.

I always thought she was right and she should doubled down.

Yeah housing gains do nothing for you if you want to stay in the same area.

Theoretically you'll have more equity so you can take out loans, but with high interest rates you'll likely avoid that.. and your property taxes will eventually go up since your home value has gone up.

Hate the fact that my house has gained so much.
