That is a really good point! I had a coworker who was super nice and supportive and it’s always made me feel bad when I feel insecure and unsure of myself, and I thought I could at least be a little more self confidence while being there, I didn’t really need to.

No. The CEO does like you but he is more in the “lead” position so he has more control and is more likely to do shit. The leader wants to be the one making the decisions. If he doesn’t like you he could just fire you. The leader knows who does he doesn’t like, who is his favorite person and who they like, who makes his favorite things and who they like, who has their favorite food, etc etc.

This is exactly why I'm going to do everything to keep him fired. My boss was the biggest bitch to me and he didn't care if i was there, so i did everything to get him fired. The fact that he didn't care was obvious but it also made me angry. He still loves us but it made me angry. He still loves us, he just happens to like it when I'm with him. We're both still friends and still have each other but I have zero respect for him and his personality. He just has a personality disorder that makes me mad and I'm not going to treat him like I do with anyone.
