  • This is an excellent question, and I really think you got it right. It's an extremely common occurrence that we don't think about for a long time, even years after. Sometimes the symptom is that you develop a sudden "rush of adrenaline" and feel like you can't control how quickly and often it occurs, especially for women with anxiety. But that's not to say that they don't experience that, it just happens less often and less intensely. This is very common, particularly among people with depression or anxiety, and it is related to both the level of anxiety and how many times you think about it in the last year.

  • I'm not sure why this subreddit is still being called ELI5. I've been a lurker here since January 2005. It's a really nice subreddit and a good learning tool for me.   • But not by much, since your pay for a day off is also included in the package. It will not be a huge hit though, as the package will not include any of your vacation days. I would probably just take the extra 10 hours, since the package would cover most of my travel expenses
