Sure People, this one woman had a good outcome, but how many people went to an ER when they were fine because ChatGPT told them to? Or even worse, how many people didn't go to the ER when they should because ChatGPT told them it was okay? Publishing this story without any reference to whether this phenomenon actually improves healthcare outcomes or efficiently uses scare healthcare resources is irresponsible.
