Well that's good to know! I won't look out for her when I read the books lol.

Ice cream is great but I do get sick of the musicians some times, they just play the same thing over and over!

I've not read the books so I've got nothing to compare it to, I'm defintely going to go and read them after I've finished season 2 though.

I've been enjoying it, not quite as much as the first season but it's still fun to watch. The whole Empire thing is good, they've made some interesting character choices for Demerzel which I'm not really into, they don't happen in the book though from what I've read.

It's taken a real turn and there are a bunch of new characters in it, I like most of them and it feels like the plot is moving forward swiftly with their scenes. The spacers show up more and are really, really cool. I hope we learn more about them.

I'm thinking it's generally okay but I've not read the books and I'm fairly easy to please though

This is the same with my last ex. I quit and left, invited him to come with me but he chose drugs. I don't think he's dead but I've had to block him on all channels, every come down he calls begging me to take him back saying he'll change. I'm not sure he ever will because I don't think he wants to change, drugs gives him something to feel awful about and that's what he wants/feels he deserves.

Absolutely no regrets on my part even though I thought we were going to get married one day.

I'm not sure why but the fact it was a 66 year old woman who was shot makes it feel worse. Maybe because that's how old my mum is basically and I can see her putting up a pride flag for me.

Her poor family have lost a mother, wife and sister over a flag.

Just rewatched Lower Decks and am back on DS9 now. I should probably watch something that isn't Trek though. Didn't realise there was a Snowpiercer s4 coming out soon, looking forward to that!

I've turned the lights down in the room I'm in so that may have had an effect?

I'm the same, looking straight at it all I can see is white and gold. Like a bright gold even, it's not even brown.

If I look at it in my peripheral vision it's very clearly blue and black though 🤷.

Birds

They were absolutely the best. I was watching that episode with my dad the other week and he said something along the lines of how cute a couple they were.

It was a really lovely moment for me seeing such sweet representation and also hearing my dad say something positive. Growing up he'd switch the channel or make vomit noises if he saw a gay couple on TV so he's really progressed. Made sure to tell him I appreciate that he's done that and had a nice bonding moment!
