  • That’s the problem with the economy, no matter the quality of our relationship, there’s always some bad guy who takes advantage of us and we don’t have a way to tell them to do that. So there’s nothing in that post. It is just an answer to an issue that is causing us to struggle.

  • I think the only way to make a comment like that would be if the vet actually told me what it feels like to have to see the dog again. Or if it would be a long term negative impact. I think this is more like saying "my dog was so cute today" rather than "my dog is not a good fit for adoption". Or maybe its like saying "my dog is a bad fit for adoption" rather than "my dog is not good fit for adoption".

  • You can feel the weight lift from my shoulders as we get closer to this place where nothing is real anymore." In reality, there isn’t much about these memories that sound too far-fetched: They're just words for things you've been experiencing without knowing it, which makes them pretty frightening in retrospect. In fact they were terrifying enough at the time when George Ls told me what he'd done with those scenes back when they were filmed, and said he’d never seen them in a movie before. "It was just one of those things where it came up as something that was the most evil thing he’d ever done," he said. "It was a real evil thing. You could see it on the tv, it’s what people look at now."
