If you invest 80 million and make 80 million in return, it's a wash, and you wouldn't pay any taxes because you didnt make any money.
You would have to invest 80 million in a movie, scrap it, and then 80 million in another movie, which goes on to make 160 million in order to have 80 million in profits to offset with an 80 million write off. This would result in a net $0 made for tax purposes.
you can't just write off anything you want. You only get to write off certain things, but at the end of the day, a tax write off is just a tax deduction for how much you need to pay, in the same way any normal person paying their taxes does. Just like with personal taxes, you can just reduce your tax liability down to 0 if you get enough deductions.
Corporations obviously work differently than for a normal person, but the same basic principle applies.
Edit: i suppose i should clarify - You can take deductions for investment losses. Normal people can even do this. What you're referring to would be a deduction along those lines, where you're "writing off" a loss on your taxes. If you invest $100 in stock, and sell when the value is $50, you took a $50 loss, and can deduct those loses from your tax burden, because you're required to pay taxes on 50 less dollars that year.
Took a super quick look today; It does definitely seem to be skipping duplicates, so i'm not sure off hand how or why dupes are getting through. I added some extra logging and i'm going to let it run for a few days, see if i can catch any issues.

Weird that it's happening, because the bit has a built in double check for duplicates, but I'll take a look and see if I can figure it out.
Fwiw - an air fryer and a convection oven are basically the same thing. In fact, "air fryer" is just a renamed and shrunk down convection oven for branding/sales purposes.
My air fryer is an air fryer microwave combo, and it has the ability to turn on the air fryer and the microwave at the same time, which is an amazing feature.
You can cook food like a frozen lasagna in it, and it comes out like you cooked it in the oven in something like 1/3rd the time.
if you're just looking for it to fit in your pocket, i have a zendure brand one that is barely bigger than a credit card in its dimensions, but its 10k mah, 45W. It's about an inch tall. I know it's not 5,000 like you are asking, but might fit the bill size wise
Yeah, firefox doesnt support H.265 it looks like from some googling. Not exactly sure how other people are getting it to work, but it does look like there's some extensions for firefox to toss the media streams to VLC instead, that could work for you.
MP4 is just a container, the specific audio/video streams can be one of several different codecs, and if you don't have the codec used it won't work. If you can identify the encoding you could probably just download a codec and be good to go.
I feel like there's probably something else going on here that you'd need to get to the root of before you can solve the issue. I think we'd need to know the why of them never using a spell as a primary caster. Have you had a discussion with them about why they do it this way? Do they just dislike vancian casting? Are they trying to conserve spells? Something else?
As someone with no special insight into the internal workings, and who didnt watch trevor noah's DS too much, or know much about noah himself, i've honestly been pretty convinced that the problems with TN DS doesn't really have anything to do with trevor specifically, but i'm reasonably sure that comedy central took jon stewart leaving as an opportunity to "tame" the writing on the show.
I feel like comedy central wanted to pull the show back from leaning too far left to appeal to a wider audience.
What i mean by that, is where jon stewart might tear into a political figure for the way they stand on some particular issue he disagrees with, trevor's daily show would like...make fun of their hair/clothes, or some other "safe" joke that doesn't get too political.
And noah, unfairly, probably takes all the blame for this, even though i'm quite sure this is on the studio heads and was outside his control.
It depends on the company youre getting it from, but there is a coming price cap. Eli lily (as of last march), novo nordisk (as of last september), and sanofi (as of jan 1st) have all lowered their prices to the cap for insured, uninsured, and medicare patients. Those are the three largest insulin producers in the US, but not all of them. It's been rolling out slowly over the past year.
I now want to hear the English localization dub of the Japanese dub just to see how different it would be from the original. Think we can convince Crunchyroll to (re)dub it?
