It's crazy, there is so much institutional resistance to applying the law to our ruling class.

Make no mistake, this busing is kidnapping and human trafficking. A civil case is not enough.

Polling making it more and more obvious Ron doesn't have a future on the national stage. Now donors have bailed, the corporate media is protecting their own interests by finishing off his career. The house always wins.

I'm talking about Rufo because he's the source of this allegation.

Imagine if Rufo and his friends lied and called you a pedophile on twitter because you oppose violence against trans people. Would it be fair for the national media to cover this lie as an allegation?

Is this really the society we want to live in? Any "allegation" from famous twitter account gets push to the front page and when it ends up getting debunked the media publishes it under the fold. Don't you see the dangers of this world?

Yea, I fucking hate bill balancing. We received a $10,000 bill for a neonatal consult a day after my son was born. He had a little fluid in his lungs, was gone in an hour or two.

The doctor was part of the hospital system but I guess that 2 miles he drove to the women's center justifies a $10k bill. Our healthcare is broken.

Emergency rooms are required to try and stabilize patients before they discharge them. These patients are billed after they leave the hospital, insured or not.

If I try to schedule a checkup or procedure, I need to give my insurance card first. Uninsured can pay for a flat fee upfront. If they can't pay, they get no service.

With insurance, things get complicated. The facility will try to give you an estimated cost of the service. But it's always a back and forth with 2 or 3 parties; the insurance, facility, and doctor network. If there is a disagreement between parties, you the patient get a bigger bill. Even when you payed for the procedure beforehand.

I grew up in a small town where church leaders fought hard against sex ed and they got their way.

There was a guy out of highschool that got half a dozen middle school children pregnant over the course of 5 or 6 years. The authorities in the town did nothing to protect my classmates against this predator. Really disgusting stuff.

Books don't create predators, but apathy and ignorance certainly enables them. Put your energy to better use bud.

Politics is the side effect. Blame the media for all of it. This all started when the media decided they could increase ad revenue by prioritizing antivax grifters who lie about everything to sell their snake oil.

If the media stopped promoting grifters, they would get less ad revenue, but humanity would be much better off.

It's voting for less evil. And staying home is an extra vote for more evil.

But I promise, get the frustration. We live in a fucked up system that filters out good candidates.

The president is in charge of the executive branch, he can decide to decriminalize it overnight and fire any prosecutor that challenges him. Who is going to stop him, conservative judges ruling by decree in Texas? Hahaha.

A second Trump term is everything you hate about Biden plus more shit. Biden still the lesser of two evils, you should vote for him.

But I will say Biden is a fucking moron for doing so many unpopular things late in his term. I guess some of these geriatric Dems would rather punch down on the left than secure democracy against it's biggest threat in decades. I get the frustration.

The marijuana thing is a no brainer. It's political malpractice they haven't done anything on that front.

I don't want Trump to get another term. And Biden putting on his big boy pants and doing popular things is our best chance to preventing a second Trump term. It's retail politics, not rocket science.

Obama is more American than Trump. Don has just one natural born US ancestor, Fred Sr. He married two immigrants, most of his kids have just two natural born US ancestors, himself and Fred Sr.

Trump hire a bunch of undocumented workers at his properties because he can't afford to pay market rates for his employees.

Trump doesn't give af about the blood of our country, just another fascist using bigotry to gain power.

When you read these stories just remember the leaders who profit off these products are shielded from their cost saving decisions. Late stage capitalism y'all.
