Yes anytime the new deal is brought up the detractors say that minorities were discriminated against, so, nothing they did counts. Defective logic, nothing anyone did ever would count using that logic.

Well you see by showing the sheep the authorities are supporting the monsters our societies once defeated, in bad faith, and are importing that same monsterism home to be wielded against our citizenry in a rebuke of hundreds of years of freedom of expression as is the case in the uk, they fill the polits with a deep fear their fee fees will be hurt as the sheep reject their arguments.

We are past plausibility, the lawyers and judiciary and police believe the old rules do not apply. As evidenced by previous rulings in effect outlawing protests they disfavour and disallowing defenses in court. Disfavoured now includes environmental and global warming protests, and palestine. And soon they will have a record of what everyone said or looked at online, texted, etc., with computer programs to sort it, and (palantir to start) to make social scores to be secretly used against everyone in business and government decisions. Ie loan denied, charges filed, respectively.

It is not possible for a human to live 200 years. 150 would be more than about the absolute maximum. Your body has stem cells and they put forth cells for the body pre-programmed for cell death after a term where they're replaced by new stem cells.

There are only so many copies in those stem cells to say nothing of the degradation of the DNA over time. For human history the maximum age has never changed, the average age has wildly fluctuated but they have had super old people going back into antiquity.

No advances in medicine have changed either the degradation of DNA or the lack of stem cell copies in the body to live beyond the maximum age.

From what I hear it is not cheap at all, the slashing of their prices will still leave it much more expensive than other options, and it is garbage food. They treat their workers as bad as any other company, and one of these meals would not even fill me up, especially not drinking pop.

Well they were very against the current president as well but they all voted for him. I think the nature of being religious leads one too follow the leader. They have faith their leaders are not leading them into the abyss and this is all part of the great plan.

That is across the west, the non-conservative parties have all been taken over by conservatives. Better than the other guy is generally their only selling point. Which has allowed the conservative parties to become rabidly extreme and still win elections. These European countries still think they are immune even while fascism is on their doorstep gaining voteshare every election as they refuse to offer any reform.

The Democrats in power are not really liberals either, they are neoliberals. And they are constitutionally opposed to any real sort of reform, or addressing the root causes of our problems. They will borrow money to spend on addressing some of the problems, but they were chosen to not undo the gains the rich have made, and indeed that the National Security state has made. They will not fix anything,

I don't know what you think you are even arguing here. I know the system can work because it did work. In the post-war years until the 1970s. Only after business started to cooperate on a long game to undo the New Deal did it all go to shit. Piece by piece. In 1972 the business Round Table made a long game and it has since been refined.

We need to take the house to even have a chance of electing an opposition politician. If they control the house and the senate, and every other means of rigging the fails them, it is safe to presume they would use fake vote rigging projections and vote the presidency to their own guy.

To get to that point we would need a popular muscular opposition that we still are lacking though. They are going to try to force Gavin Newsom and offer zero real reform and weakly trust the courts to protect elections and fail the overwhelming majority and muscular politicking that would be needed. He would not meet the moment if he got in anyway, we need a restoration and a new deal.

On the plus side there will be a succession fight and an epic fight in the nest of Vipers for supreme leader so that could be our only chance to take it from them before it is rigged beyond recovery.

They are setting precedents to use to declare martial law, 2028 in mind I presume.

The most worrying precedent is one that got little attention, federal judges being forbidden from issuing Nationwide injunctions. They could declare martial law, round up citizens and disappear them and we would be functionally unable to challenge it, if you somehow got a chance to file a lawsuit they could jam up the process indefinitely and it would not help anybody else. The courts believe the Republic is over and we are in an autocracy already. The politicians believe that. The lawyers believe it. It is just the citizens that are not all aware yet.

I don't agree with your analysis of what I am saying here. Wanting a restoration of the Republic is not playing Make-Believe, it is not surrendering.

Obviously we already talked about the rules not being honored, nobody is making believe they are being honored on this thread.

But within the rules of the government we have we could fix the government and Society. It is just a matter of getting good leadership to get us there and organizing behind them.
