  • I have never posted pictures on Facebook either, and have likewise always considered it extremely reckless for everybody else to put all of their information on there without even any protections in law and mechanisms of enforcement.

    The federal government just streamlined purchasing information from data brokers, before every agency bought it piecemeal and they paid for the same information twice oftentimes. Now they basically buy everything and distribute it to the agencies that want it in an end run around the Bill of Rights. No warrants, no judges involved.   • It is also a brazen violation of the Fourth Amendment of the American Constitution. Using third parties to collect data on citizens without warrants or judicial oversight is a rejection of the highest laws they barely pretend to follow.

Or they have any sort of penalties against them outside of completely symbolic actions done well past the time they should have been? How many of those countries is it a crime to criticize Israel in? The UK and Germany at a minimum.

  • The Democratic Leadership knew the position we were in, yet they still refused to run a popular campaign offering any real reforms or attacking anyone increasingly gouging us and ran as the status quo while the Republicans ran as reform.

    We all knew the voters did not know better. The responsibility is in the establishments corner. Three presidential shit shows in a row and they are brushing off the old Hillary Clinton excuses blaming voters as if that would justify letting them stay in control of the party.
