  • I'm in my 40s, I've scrimped and saved to be able to buy a house and kit it out. I've denied myself a lot to get where I am, so I deserve to treat myself now I can.

    I've worked REALLY hard in the past, doing 2 jobs and doing hard jobs like chambermaiding. It's ok to be nice to myself.

    Everyone deserves to treat themselves! I deserve the same kindness I'd show other people.

    I'm in my 40s, it's ok to slow down and do less. Slowing down is a treat I deserve!
