I wish I knew that! I would have stayed with windows 10. Well if I ever need to reformat I’ll switch back.

I’m a long time linux user, but work requires windows or Mac. I’ve tried forever to use Linux for work but there are 2 key pieces of software that do not have a functional alternative on Linux and they don’t run through wine.

I did the upgrade so I could have tabbed explorer windows. It was honestly worth it as my work is much more organized.

But even then, it’s still a bit glitchy in a way that should be embarrassing for a company of that size.

Thanks for the update. I really like Memmy, but I stopped using it because the preview of the photo is cropped. It makes it so I need to click onto an image to read the text and I’d like to just keep scrolling.

Is there an option to tell it not to crop the images in the preview?

It doesn’t need to be glass, but I think having less plastic is a good thing. There is too much plastic in the environment.

I forget exactly, but I used to use Automator all the time to find and sort files. I’ve since learned Python, but Automator is a great tool. I have not tried the new shortcuts thing though.

I watched the original run of the anime as a kid. How has it progressed? I have a bunch of questions…

• does it still follow ash Ketchum?
• does it tie into the story of the games?
• what is the general story at this point?
• does Ash just have a team of legendaries?
• if I were to start watching again, where should I start?

Yeah this doesn’t make any sense. In fact by their logic it’s wrong. A robuck is worth more than a US penny.

To your point, I watch YouTube more than Netflix or Disney plus. The only reason I’m not paying for YouTube is because I have it for free now.

The ads are so annoying that I might subscribe for an add free experience if I didn’t have other means to block it.

Burning cds!

I was trying to burn a copy of a game from my friend. It failed over and over. Eventually it succeeded and I was able to play return to castle wolfeinstein.

Not sure if it failed due to copy protection or whatever, but I played that game a bunch back in the day. In more recent years I just bought it for like $1

Once I saw a video of this air bike, the whole game changed for me. Getting around was so quick and fun.

I literally just did this yesterday.

I'm really liking ultra so far. There have been some challenging fight. But it is nothing that can't be overcome.

I did die to my first wild encounter though.

At the “start” of this, I didn’t really have an opinion. But that’s mostly due to lack of knowledge and the complexity of the issue.

I was initially siding with Israel as they were hit first, but their response has made me rethink things.

I’m still really undecided and am unqualified to make an opinion anyway.
