  • I can’t help but feel you’re doing this on purpose…

  • I share sentiments with tessellecta - not so sure we looked at all the features when comparing apples to oranges

  • I agree about privacy, don’t get me wrong. But I think the bigger problem isn’t the tech (gun) they’re using it’s the people themselves. If this guy wanted to he could go online and find a billion different types of trackers which would work just the same.

I don’t see a point in chasing down shoplifters when there’s obviously a factory churning out more of them down the street.

  • Don’t forget the military!

  • Can you speak more to what you mean by enabling? And who’s enabling who?

  • Just reading through the comments, OP what part of its already contained don’t you understand?

People are allowed to be fucking weirdos here as long as they aren’t bugging others. End of story.

  • I love that the focus of this article is privacy and not the fact that an individual trusted to be working for the nation at a federal fucking level did some abusive, manipulative shit.

Is it really that hard to filter out scum from the application process or is it just that nobody cares because they follow orders (as long as it serves their interests)

  • I’ll take the ball bath over fucking with my hormones any day of the week. I saw what they did to women

  • Nice! I’ve heard good things about mint as well. Tan it on an old desktop a while back for a bit but just ended up switching to something even more bare bones/less graphically intensive.

It’s a tough balance getting performance and visual usability to play nice without walking over each other

  • I think your troubles might come from the assumptions you’re making of other people based off the assumptions you’ve gleamed from other people in your experience.

My comment, to me, read “that’s your problem right there, hahaha. (Laughing about the commonality of the problem not at anyone) Try out Debian, Ubuntu is bloatware”

  • You sure they still do this? We didn’t read anything close to 1984 where I went. Too hot button for most parents I’d suspect depending on your region

  • Not so sure, 30 million copies sold isnt nothing

  • Came here to say this immediately after reading this.

I get wanting a “homey” os, but you can accomplish this in many ways (plain ol debian is great!)

  • Right so just be greatful the nazis are only going after your neighbors right?

  • We have this crazy thing in democracy we’re supposed to use where we’re allowed to all vote to change stuff about how the government runs to make things run better.

The hard part of government has never been the governing principals, but the politicians themselves. Idc what government system you choose, I will point out to you how it can be exploited and poisoned.

  • Yeah it’s likely to do with it being a “flier” the results are so good, it’s just the text generated is so bad. Hate to waste so much of it but it’s pretty non -workable. I’ll try out that clip interrogator. I think overall enrichment or smarter prompting will likely get me there. Thanks for commenting!

  • How long does that obsidian glass container last?

And would sending additional entropy to the sun really be without consequence?

  • Nope makes sense, those are some pretty horrible things that people did. I can understand the poor taste you have left over in your mouth from that.

Can we switch to something positive? What creative sandbox games have you been trying/enjoying lately? I’d respond to your post if you dm me a link!
