Atari 8bit
Hi all!
With things here seemingly not in good shape, I created an account over at lemmy.ml and created an Atari 8 bit group over there.
To be clear, this group isn't viewable / findable from worldwide lemmy at all :(
You can find that group here.

> I still have an Atari 800 XL with such a floppy drive somewhere in a box up in the attic. Last time I checked (many years ago) both were still working.. I'd probably need some adapter to connect it to an LCD display instead of a TV's HF antenna connector as I used to in the old days ...
Anyone has any recommendations about what to get ? I do have an old TV which I'm connecting to my atari800xl however it looks ridiculous, consumes tons of energy, produces s***tload of heat and I don't think it's going to last for too long :-). Yeah, buying another one ? See my 1st point ... The ultimate goal is to have my atari next to me with small display and enjoy the look of it/occasionally running it. I'm pretty sure that such a convertor exists, it's just me not being able to find it.
thank you for all your suggestions.
I found this at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View.
