Trump says he is not considering running for third term

He promised no elections if he won this term
I believe him when he says he doesn’t want to “run”
He'll run. When the people reach their breaking point and come for him, he'll run.
He's said plenty of crazy shit, no need to invent things.
It's seemingly a valid interpretation of "You won't have to vote anymore!"
It's not though. He's clearly trying to motivate non-voters to get out and vote for him, saying he'll fix everything if they give him another term, and then they can go back to not voting.
Like I said, there's plenty of actual insane, vile things he's actually said. No need to make things up.
