  • both tigers are in there.

    • You're losing the metaphor here. The tiger is the president, there is only one.

      • your metapho fails to capture the reality of the situation. liberal democracy breeds fascism.

        • Yes. Like baby tigers turn into adult tigers, that's the whole point of the metaphor.

          • no. you've got fascism and liberalism in the fucking room. if you don't kill tehm both, you still have fascism.

            • That's not how the office works. The Democrats aren't fascists. One day, maybe, but not today. We don't have the resources or organization to defeat fascism today. Even though the baby tiger grows up, the time that takes is time to organize.

              • The Democrats aren’t fascists

I'm sure you can understand that an anarchist would disagree

                • And they would be incorrect. Pre-fascist? Fascist enabling? Sure. But they weren't the ones trafficking innocent people to El Salvador. This is a case of overusing "fascist" until it doesn't mean anything anymore.

                  • fascism is a system that puts the interests of the state above all other institutions, and aligns all other institutions with the interests of the state. democrats enact fascist policies with as much gusto as the Republicans, never looking to cede power to other institutions, unless doing so furthers the interests of the state.

                    so, respectfully, you're wrong.
