What's your favourite meat that isn't chicken, beef, pork, or lamb?

Horse! It's actually probably just my favourite meat in general even including the others
I imagine horse is a lot like beef as Tesco got away with using horse meat in ready meals for who knows how long.

It definitely tastes distinctly different.. or at least from what I had, I assume tesco meals don't taste much of anything in general tho
Generic salty brown mush haha. But seriously I’ve never had it so am intrigued.
It's a very lean smooth meat.. it's like.. not as gamey as something as beef, but still with that distinct red meat taste. It's rather interesting :3
Then I shall keep my eyes open for it and surprise the family one day.
