- There have been similar reports, and Russian economy and military production has been increased significantly. This one is from NATO leader who knows its true.

  European NATO commander, appointed well before Trump, is more of a NATO "consensus guy" with information. One possibility to lie, is just to give fuel to Russophobia and EU warmongering, instead of admitting the failure that Ukraine sacrifice/warmongering lies have been in diminishing Russia.
