Taxpayers. It's always taxpayers. All the cost with none of the benefit. Taxation without representation.
We will also be paying twice. Remember, we are already paying for the original Air Force One replacement that's still being built.

Maybe I'm taking this too literally, but... Huh? Half our representatives suck, but they are the ones voted in.
Don't think any of our reps voted on him getting a new air force one much less one from Qatar.
Only the working taxpayers. The wealthy ones aren't expected to contribute, they have their own planes to maintain.
