This is so embarrassing for them and I love it. We’re in the tail end of June, kids are about to be off school, people have long booked their summer holidays already. And she’s sitting on a $2 million dollar cottage with no bookings.

Just saw the listing go live. I’m getting $617/night after tax and cleaning fee

Looks like it depends on how many nights you select. 1 night is $763. 4 nights is about $632/night
Apparently it’s a 3 night minimum
