North Korea remained silent on Thursday about a U.S. soldier who split from a tour group and made a dash across the heavily fortified border two days earlier, landing Washington in a new diplomatic quandary amid an already tense military standoff.
Reports say that he had a history of violent behavior when he was stationed in Korea. He was meant to fly home due to disciplinary action in a few days before crossing the DMZ into NK
But looking at history of NK and how they treat Americans who enter the country, I hope he said his goodbyes
