This beginning is a standard "I have a useless skill that I've practiced so much that it's now overpowered" fantasy plot.
The MC is vanilla, with a very understated understanding of his ability, e.g. the title is "I Parry A Cow", when he's fighting a 12 foot tall minotaur, but the writing and direction feel sincere so far.
Will this deliver anything that we haven't seen before?
It's one of the better generic ones so far with very few points sticking out where someone could hit their toes. Pro: MC works for his skill and doesn't get it presented on a silver platter. Con: MC is completely dense and oblivious to his actual strength. I hope that this will resolve quickly and it won't turn out as a running-gag that overpowered MC thinks he's the weakest. I hate this trope so much.
Pretty bland and uninteresting, and it doesn't seem like it's going to deliver anything we haven't seen many times before. The OP looks cool, at least.

Also, what was the hanging sword practice supposed to be? At first I thought it was like, the sword swings around like an unpredictable opponent and you parry it as it swings at you, but he just kept adding more swords and then hitting them all with wind ? It felt very "this is meant to convey he is practicing" instead of showing us him practicing and it took me out of the scene.
