Like ringing in the ears or a constant inner monologue, some people have them, but it's often a surprise that other people don't
2to be fair, if you have ringing in the ears, it's called Tinnitus and most people don't have it or expect everyone to have it.
1Wait are you sure? I thought everyone develops tinnitus over time. Like I get that not everyone will have a constant ringing but at least most people will occasionally just be sitting there doing whatever and then it dings is for a couple minutes and goes away, right? I don't think anyone I've personally asked about it has ever claimed to never have experienced that ringing
