It may be that most benefits I just imagine, but my wife definitely recognizes my post-orgasm blues. She often extends my time locked because I get grumpy afterwards.

1I mean I get a bit deflated after orgasm. I much prefer being locked and feeling horny and energized.
Usually my sessions are between two to four weeks, with maybe a ruined orgasm in between.
