Is this real life?
20ReplyOr is this fantasy?
6ReplyCaught in a landslide..
4Reply
Stroll only 10 places behind his teammate. At this rate he might even make Q2! /s
Edit: No, he didn't want that.
20ReplyLol this aged beautifuly
8ReplyYou mean, he wanted it too much
3ReplyAged like fine milk
2Reply
Get in there Lawson!
19ReplyRicciardo: chuckles “I’m in danger”
8ReplyI think you mean Yuki
3Reply
Forget about him replacing Checo. He's going to be replacing Max.
/s
4Reply
Sainz 👏👏
Edit: Kmag P6. Well done. Don't know if he can hold onto it though.
Lawson also did pretty well with P10.
16ReplyNo chance haas doesn’t screw it up even if kmag himself doesn’t screw it up
4ReplyThe haas will pit early tomorrow and be about p16, p17 by lap 15
4Reply
With the RBs out at Q2, we hopefully have some nice overtaking tomorrow. Too bad Albon didn't make it out of Q2 either.
15ReplyWhat a qualy. That is all. Race is going to be awesome tomorrow.
14ReplyI just realized that both Haas are in Q3. I wonder if they will have the race pace tomorrow to get some points.
10ReplyHistorically they burn up their tires too quickly and start falling back. This is a low deg track, though, so maybe..
9Reply
Sainz and russell have been on fire since the break. Both beating more fancied teammates consistently
9ReplyWow, I never thought that would have happened. If RB wants to continue their streaks, they definitely have their work cut out for them.
Ferrari and Mercedes looking really solid.
9ReplyThis is absolutely the chance for another team to win, it's going to be really tough for red bull tomorrow. P10 with 2 penalties pending, might be a 6 point grid penalty. P16 for Verstappen... Wouldn't be surprised if they break parc ferme to try to fix that setup
9ReplyI'm not sure if RB even has the race pace to challenge Ferrari, Mercedes and McLaren, on this track.
3Reply
I'm really curious as to what it is that makes this track so difficult for them.
3Reply
I just wanted to tune in for the final minutes of qualifying and fast forward through Q1 and Q2. That didn't work out. 😄
I'm appalled how long it took (once again) for the red flags to appear after Scroll's crash. With such a big crash and a car sliding right onto the racing line that should be a split-second decision.
9ReplyThose Ferraris look awesome! Perfectly tuned to the circuit.
8ReplyWas going to be a banger of a Q1 and then this happened. Atleast he's okay.
5ReplyIs there anyway Stroll loses his seat while his Dad owns the team? It's such a waste giving him such a fast car
5ReplyThey'll have to discuss it at some point, if their goal will be to win WCCs.
Apparently their goal for this year is still to be second in the constructors, and with only ALO scoring good points that will be tricky.
6ReplyPoor boy's going to destroy himself trying to make his dad proud
1ReplyWell he drives for Aston so maybe at some point he would step away from F1 and race their GT3 cars.
1ReplyI doubt it's totally unrelated that Aston are looking at a HyperCar entry for 2025, would be a good side benefit if it also gave Lance an out from F1
4Reply
Holy shit
5ReplyThat was a real good and interesting qualifying session 👍🏼 will see if there are penalties dishes out still.
5ReplyI don't know if they'll do anything for the pit lane one, but I expect some penalty for impeding in Q2.
2Reply
What the hell is going on¿?
5ReplyLol, sky missed the bleep on Max's radio
4ReplyIsn't it f1 themselves who provide the feed to the broadcasters and do the bleeps?
1ReplyYah, my ears are still bleeding lol
1Reply
Wow
4ReplyRB needs a miracle to win tomorrow. Jesus. This is wild.
4ReplyMy only wish is for the race to be competitive
4ReplyThat was a heavy hit, for Stroll.
4ReplyDamn, Lawson knocking out Max in Q2... Something really went wrong at RB. And Alpha Tauri will have a hard choice somewhere this year. Lawson seems quite competitive, he deserves a seat. How patient will they be with Yuki if a rookie is threatening him like this
4ReplyHelmut Marko probably making comments about how both Verstappen and Perez May not be with the team next year.
4ReplyThat's on him for hiring two drivers from South America /s
1Reply
According to the graphics, we just went from red flag to yellow flag for sector 3.
4ReplyHas anyone ever gone P20 to P1 at this track in its history?
3ReplyHamilton went P5 to P1, and that was because three cars ahead of him crashed out. No one ever won from a lower starting position.
7ReplyForget about P20 to P1: Pn to Pn-1.
6Reply
Permanently Deleted
3ReplyThat was a bit of a surprise, wasn't it..
3ReplyOuch Stroll
3ReplyThis is going to be an exciting, and somewhat unpredictable, qualifying, I think.
2ReplyI love the look of the Williams car this weekend
2ReplyYeah, looks great. For a minute I thought it was McLaren who had ditched the stealth livery for the Gulf livery.
4ReplyHaha I had the same thought
2Reply
Yuki was about to improve and they pulled him into the pits? Wtf?
2ReplyYuki locked up in sector 3 and went down a escape road
4ReplyIt sucks, I really wanted a good weekend for Yuki with all of the Uncertainty at AlphaTauri.
2Reply
What in the name of salty zombie jesus is going on at RB???
2ReplyOscar would be pissed. He had a chance to make it into Q2 before Stroll went and crashed his dad's car.
1ReplyYeah also saved Albon from elimination
2Reply
Max more annoyed about his lap than that someone had a dangerous crash
(He probably didnt know how heavy it was)
1ReplyTo be fair he was complaining before the red flag came.
5Reply
Ah yes, 12 time drivers champion Adrian Newey
1ReplyHow are they going to handle the impeding issue? I'm trying to imagine how they pick who gets penalized and I can't.
1ReplyMost likely VER will get a 3 place penalty for his pitlane impeding.
Edit: and maybe another 3 places for impeding Tsunoda
4ReplyIf I had to guess it will probably be handled inconsistency. Just glad that isn't my job because there might not be a right decision.
3Reply
Are they using ChatGPT for directing the cameras? The camera cuts are making me crazy
1ReplyI think that's partially the tracks fault, having lots of corners and the high walls
4ReplyI don't think that was it. The camera direction seems to have magically gotten better after I complained.
5Reply
Was this the first race that the Flexi nose checks are enforced for? I thought there was a moratorium at Monza
1ReplyWhat happened to Yuki?
1ReplyLock up sector 3. Lap up till that point was great
5ReplySomeone said that he locked up in the last sector and went down the escape road
3Reply
Danica Patrick? Get Will or Lawrence up there!
1ReplyIts raining.......hopefully we'll get something exciting.
-2ReplyLooks dry on the f1tv stream.
4ReplyHmm? Looks perfectly dry to me, and no rain on the weather forecast, either.
Either way, I think it'll be exciting without rain today, judging from the FP results.
1Reply
what a joke
