Hot dogs and eggs jello!

There's a dish in Slavic cuisine called "kholodets", which is a filtered meat/bone stock that has been chilled to make a jelly with the meats inside. It's pretty good if you have been eating it since you were a kid, just got used to it you know. But this is some whole new level of creativity here, this cook is pushing the limits of trust.

My grandma used to make things like this when I was a kid. It tasted pretty much like you'd expect hot dogs in jello to taste like. Not necessarily bad, but definitely something that had no business being put together

I’ve made chicken soup from bones that has an almost jello consistency when refrigerated. It’s delicious, but I never ate it cold!

If you can deal with the texture, they aren't terrible.

Worst I’ve had was one made of hot dogs and spaghettios. My stomach turns just thinking about it.
