Looks legit, how did you season the pork for smoking, wet brine dry brine or just seasonings? I always do mine carnitas style in a dutch oven. Looks great!

I wouldn't be too surprised. There's plenty of vegetarians here but most of them don't try to force their views on others, and I've never seen anyone trying to make it racial before.
