Yeah, what? It takes up 110GB less on PS5. Are the textures bigger? Is there more content? Or is it simply uncompressed?

PS5 is way better at decompression, so the textures are likely less compressed for better performance. Most likely the PC version will ship with higher resolution textures which would play a bigger role though.

Real small at the bottom right. " Account for Playstation Network required." At least they listed it on the requirements, technically.
Guess I won't meet the minimum requirements then. Oh well. Plenty of other games on my backlog.

Fucking exactly. Unless the offer the game free of charge for those that have already bought it on ps, there is no reason to have a second account for every other game.
As much as I hate more tracking and stuff, would they allow me to use my existing PSN account from back when I picked up a console or two for some exclusives?

Yes, absolutely. If you made a PlayStation account back then, the same account will work. You don't need 2.
Note that because of this, it is not going to be sold in any regions that don't officially have PSN
