TBH I want more Fallout isometric RPG games - Baldur's Gate 3 style, not just another Obilvion with guns

- FO 1 and 2 were world-changing for me when i played them in the late 90s ("HUGE installation" = ~500 megabytes of space), and implanted in me a lifelong love of all things post-apocalypse. this IS exciting, because those original games are dated almost to the point of unplayable. but you can still get them on GOG for a couple bucks--they're definitely still worth that price

  I got the whole set from epic, and tried one and two, but like you say, they're pretty difficult to play at this point, so I'm excited to jump into the graphically modernized stories.

  I've tried getting into the first two a few times, but you're right, they are very dated. I think Bethesda could get an easy win from remakes of these games; just polishing them up and making some gameplay changes to bring them in line with modern games. There's no need to make the games first person, or anything that would dramatically change them, the market clearly has an appetite for CRPG's.
