I've seen some memes and references to it, but what is actually going ob here? Is there proof?

There's not really much to break down. Because some text messages came out that showed Kanye requesting some nitrous and a doctor saying he would bring it, everyone has decided that with Kanye's previous/ongoing addiction issues, he's clearly addicted.
