13Suggestion! Keep a journal, and in my personal recommendation make it a photo journal. Little things happen every day that are quickly forgotten. Capture those moments and review them, and you will see and feel as if you were living more of your life outside of the loop.
Your phone is already in your pocket. If anything even a little interesting happens, take a picture! At the end of the year you’ll be amazed at all the little things you have forgotten. Don’t let those everyday wonders slip between your fingers.
