I have been using Deluge as part of my arr setup for over 10 years, with great results. It's running on a headless Windows 10 machine. Version is 1.3.14, which I know is ancient, however I didn't see a need to update as it has been flawless.

A new, sporadic thing seems to be that it doesn't start downloading new torrents when they are added (both manually and by sonarr). If I shutdown (incl stopping the daemon) and then restart, the torrent(s) starts downloading immediately and normally.

Weirdest thing is that this doesn't happen all the time, as sometimes I will see sonarr-added torrents completed and seeding without this intervention.

I wouldn't like to go through the rigmarole of upgrading Deluge (I tried to install the current version hoping it would replace the old one, but it didn't) as I don't feel like making all the adjustments in the arr setup.

Any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?
