An amusing review of a company's video that uses awful and sometimes terrifying AI animation to tell the Jesus story (and threatens to copyright strike any reaction videos).
Why/how are Xtians even using AI? They scream, pearl-clutch, and moral panic over goddamned everything and call it "demonic" or "unnatural" but they seem to be eating "AI" up without so much as a peep. There was even an AI priest that only got shut down because it claimed it was a real clergy member.
They may not even be true believers. Just grifters. There's always a market for religious programming for kids no matter how shitty it looks (take a look at VeggieTales when it started before they had a budget). AI is only making that cheap shit more easy to mass-produce.
According to quick search, USA is like 63% christian. I don't think these kind of wacky generalizations apply to most of them. But I do think they're just as likely to fall for "AI" grifting as anybody else. Thus this video.
