Why have my speeds been so bad lately?

So Ive got a dedicated PC I use as a seed box. Its been setup with qBittorrent bound to a VPN for over a year now.

Sometime last week, I had about 30 movies downloading from various sources. I use these sources regularly, and they always have fast download speeds. I noticed the speeds were TERRIBLE. Like less than 1KB/s. I eventually just deleted them because I pre-allocate the space for them, and save to an external, and I needed to use the external drive for something else.

Fast forward to earlier this week. I have a few repacks from Fitgirl downloading (this is all before the current DDOS attack), and Im having the same issues.

Ive gone through the settings and checked everything, I cant find anything wrong. Ive made sure qBittorrent and the VPN were both updated, and Ive tried multiple VPN servers, and a completely different VPN service. Ive even tried removing the setting that binds it to the VPN, and I still get terrible speeds. From what I can see, nothing has changed, but something is effecting my speeds. For reference, I still get blazing fast speeds on everything else. I run the Radarr and Sonarr on a separate machine, and it gets like 40mbps pretty much all the time.
