I have everything setup with the static IP and port forwarding, and the test port checks good but nothing will seed (yes there should be enough leechers to seed these) and when i open deluge i get the port issue still but everything says the port is open and working with my router and firewall and so forth.

I really would like to seed these and keep a good ratio share but i cant get anything to seed.
