I have got thousands of completed .torrent files in C:\Usersusername]\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent

I would like to move these .torrent files from uTorrent to qBitorrent v4.6.6 so I do not e.g. re-download files I have already grabbed.

How can I do this? Should I move them to e.g. C:\Usersusername]\AppData\Local\qBittorrent\BTbackup or elsewhere?
