Hi there, I always wondered what happens to torrent files if a private tracker closes

Sadly recently one of the most popular tracker in our country had to close. The good thing about this tracker was, that there were a lot of obscure files, and unlike TPB or any other public tracker, there was always someone that seeded that torrent

So what now, I have plenty of torrents from this tracker, that seed nowhere, I would like to share them to people that need them, but not sure how

and if you know a tracker will have to close, is it somehow possible to migrate this torrents to other private trackers, without torrent loosing seeders (some people don't even know they have their torrent tracker open and seed files, so even if you remind them, they probably wouldn't even know where they have that file)
