It is like the ship in the Hitchhikers guide that waits a few thousand years for some napkins. They wake the guests out of hibernation every century or so for refreshments

I’ve been waiting to see a doctor for 3 hours, currently in the ER with my shoulder dangling out of its socket. The current medical system is a fucking scam
